Terms of service
The straightforward terms that apply when you add or use Mob.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Mob, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the bot.
2. Description of service
Mob is a Discord bot that provides Spotify integration, media tools, AI-assisted features, moderation, and entertainment utilities for Discord servers.
3. User responsibilities
Use Mob responsibly and follow Discord's terms. Do not attempt to exploit, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
4. Privacy and data
We collect only the data needed for bot functionality. Spotify connection tokens are stored in protected application storage. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
5. Service availability
We work to keep Mob available, but maintenance, third-party outages, and unexpected failures may interrupt the service.
6. Limitation of liability
Mob is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, glostars is not liable for damages arising from use or unavailability of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
